DCA Terminal A

Terminal A at DCA Airport consists of a semi-circle, which is located at its west-end.

 

 

Inter-terminal transportation

Please note that passengers do no need to take shuttle buses to transfer between terminals, since Terminals B and C are easily accessible by pedestrian bridge.

 

On the other hand, DCA Airport counts with an elevated Metrorail station, which is connected to the concourses of Terminals B and C.

 

Shuttle buses are available from the terminals to the parking garages (Economy parking, Satellite Lot, Rental Cars) and also to the Metrorail.

 

 

Levels

DCA Terminal A consists of the following levels:

 

Level 1: Baggage claim, ticket counters.

 

Level 2: Security checkpoint, departures and gate areas, including services and amenities.

 

Terminal A at DCA Airport hosts boarding gates 1 to 9. There is a pedestrian walkway which includes moving sidewalk connected to parking garage A.
